La mission de la FFC est de faire progresser l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation artistique et de soutenir la cr\u00e9ation, la production, la promotion et la distribution de films, d&rsquo;arts et de culture au Canada et \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger. La FFC organise le programme de formation professionnelle pour les cin\u00e9astes noirs \u00e9mergents intitul\u00e9 \u00catre Noir(e) Au Canada. Ce programme a permis de pr\u00e9senter, de former et de soutenir plus de 5 000 professionnels du cin\u00e9ma. La FFC organise \u00e9galement 12 festivals artistiques et culturels annuels : Le Festival international du film noir de Montr\u00e9al, le Festival du film noir de Toronto, le Festival Ha\u00efti en Folie \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al et \u00e0 New York, le Festival Fondu au Noir \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al, le Festival du film qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois en Ha\u00efti, le Festival du film noir de Halifax, le Festival d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 des Noirs de Halifax, le Festival du film noir de Calgary, le Festival du film noir d&rsquo;Ottawa, le Festival du film noir de Vancouver et le Festival du film noir de Salvador.\u00a0 Le FF se positionne comme un espace de discussion sur les grandes questions artistiques, culturelles, sociales et socio-\u00e9conomiques de notre \u00e9poque. Pour plus de d\u00e9tails, veuillez consulter : www.fondationfabiennecolas.org<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>BR\u00c8VE DESCRIPTION DE L\u2019INSTITUT FESTWAVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;Institut Festwave, cr\u00e9\u00e9 par la Fondation Fabienne Colas, a pour mission de lever les obstacles qui se dressent devant les entrepreneurs du cin\u00e9ma et de la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision et de les aider \u00e0 construire des carri\u00e8res r\u00e9ussies et durables. Pour ce faire, l&rsquo;Institut fournira aux professionnels noirs du cin\u00e9ma et aux autres cr\u00e9ateurs sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s les outils, les comp\u00e9tences et les ressources n\u00e9cessaires pour r\u00e9ussir et \u00eatre ind\u00e9pendants dans un secteur majoritairement dirig\u00e9 par des Blancs: ateliers sur mesure, tables rondes, cours magistraux, apprentissage pratique, mentorat, opportunit\u00e9s de mise en r\u00e9seau, opportunit\u00e9s de pr\u00e9sentation, acc\u00e8s aux \u00e9quipements, comp\u00e9tences commerciales, programmes de jumelage &#8211; tout ce dont les professionnels noirs ont besoin pour apprendre, se d\u00e9velopper, se connecter et faire avancer leur carri\u00e8re dans le cin\u00e9ma et la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, \u00e0 la fois en ligne et sur le terrain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIT\u00c9S:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsable de la planification et de la mise en \u0153uvre des programmes cin\u00e9matographiques, de la cr\u00e9ation, de la r\u00e9vision et de la mise \u00e0 jour du programme et des proc\u00e9dures.<\/li>\n<li>Superviser l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration du programme et du contenu des cours, des conf\u00e9rences, des ateliers et des autres supports p\u00e9dagogiques.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9valuer tous les programmes de cours et s&rsquo;assurer de la conformit\u00e9 rapide \u00e0 toutes les soumissions de programmes et du respect des politiques.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9valuer les besoins des programmes et recruter des mentors, des coordinateurs de programmes, des assistants de production et tous les postes cl\u00e9s pour le bon d\u00e9roulement de tous les programmes &#8211; FCF\u2019s mission is to advance arts education and to support the creation, production, promotion, and distribution of film, arts, and culture throughout Canada and abroad. The FCF organizes the professional training program for emerging Black filmmakers called Being Black In Canada. It has showcased, trained and supported over 5,000 film professionals. The Institute will do this by giving Black film professionals and other underrepresented creators the tools, skills, and resources required to be successful and independent within a predominantly White-run industry: tailored workshops, panel discussions, masterclasses, hands-on learning, mentorships, networking opportunities, pitching opportunities, equipment access, business skills, match-up programs \u2013 all that the Black professional needs to learn, grow, connect and further a career in film and television, both online and on the ground.<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Responsible for planning and implementing film programs, creating, reviewing and updating the curriculum and procedures<\/li><li>Oversee the development of curriculum and content for classes, lectures, workshops, conferences and other educational materials<\/li><li>Evaluate all course curriculums and ensure swift compliance to all program submissions and compliance with policies<\/li><li>Assessing program needs and hiring mentors, program coordinators, production assistants and all key positions for all programs to run smoothly - with the support of Operations &amp;
